series of stepless variable transmission with cone-plate and ring-plate
SPT series of frictional stepless variable transmission is characterized by its advanced technology, introduced great general purpose, small in size, light weight, large output torque, wide range of adjusted speed, smooth running, low noise and easy operating and appraised into scientific and technological achievement in 1991 in Ningbo. It could be widely used in the field of industry where speed adjusting device is needed such as food, electronic, textile, paper-making, medicine, chemical industry etc..
1. Motor power matched: 0.37-3 kilowatt;
2. Range of variable speed: 4-5 times approximately in according with output speed 3.5-1752 rpm.
3. Variable speed either as running with load or as static.
4. Remaining a constant function when running direction of output shaft either clockwise or counter clockwise.
5. Stepless variable transmission for 0.37-3 kilowatt have two models (i.e.adujsting speed with manual and electric) and two kinds of structure (i.e. vertical and horizontal)
6. Mechanical efficiency: About 65% at low speed because of less transmission radius. Over 85% at high speed, so, please adopt high speed if possible.

stepless variable transmission
Introduction
This series of transmission is a combination from SPT cone-plate and ring-plate stepless variable transmission and W worm-geared reducer.
1. Rated power of matched motor 0.25~1.1kw
2. Ratio of speed regulating 4~5 , Range of output speed 6~168r/min
3. Speed could be adjusted in case of running with load or static state.
4. The turning direction of output shaft is caused by the motor’s turning direction but the transmitting function is the same.
5. There are two types of speed adjusting (manual and electrical)

MYG series of pulse stepless variable
transmission
Characteristic:
This series of pulse stepless variable transmission is featured with reliable transmitting, simple operating, wide range of speed adjusting (the lowest transmitted speed may be zero), stable adjusting of speed, speed adjusting could be done in case of running and static state. It is suitable for middle and low variable speed with medium and small power, and the occasion where even transmitting is not required strictly, e.g., heat treatment, welding, and washing. It could be used for assembly line transmitted by belt in plastic, food and radio industry etc..
1. Rated power of motor 0.12~0.25kw.
2. Range of speed adjusting 0~300r/min (fixed with 4 poles motor)
3. Speed could be selected by turning the speed adjusting handle.
4. Two turning direction (clockwise or counter clockwise) of output shaft could be selected by user in case of ordering.
5. Speed could be adjusted in case of running with load or static.
6. Output shaft could be installed at up, down, left and right positions etc..
7. Maximum output torque of product. MYG 0.12 is 2 N.m ,MYG 0.18~0.25 is 5 N.m
